Endorsements

I am a sinner/saint who sees myself sometimes through my own eyes, and sometimes through God’s eyes. I’m a young kid who has big dreams and an old spirit. I am not old enough know how the world works, but I’m young enough to believe how the world could be.

I do not list these endorsements to suggest I am important; I’m not. But I am interested in developing new relationships and new partnerships, so I share with you some comments from current friends and partners:

Thomas Knoll (and young emerging church leaders like him) are a good part of why i have a reason to get up each morning… (as a ‘rookie mentor’ / ‘aging gen x’ pastor).

The future of the church is now and Thomas is a young leader that makes it easy for me to sleep at night, knowing that the church and mission of Christ are in good hands with the next generation whose time is now, to begin to lead us in mission, as agents of God’s future.

- Karen Ward, Abbess at Church of the Apostles

Thomas Knoll sees the world with a new set of eyes. He dreams dreams and sees visions that others are not always quite yet ready to see. Thomas leads me to ask questions and to explore new ways. The ongoing dialog that we share provides both balance and challenge to us both. To talk with Thomas is to have a window into an re-emerging form of Church and a renewed sense of mission that some in this young generation are bringing to the table for conversation and review.
